**Truck Driver Pre/Post Show**

  • Transport equipment and materials to and from the festival site.

  • Must own a truck capable of towing a generator.

  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of all items.

**Load In/Setup Fairy (Pre-Show)**

  • Help with unloading equipment and materials before the festival.

  • Assist in setting up stages, tents, and other structures.

  • Ensure all setups are completed according to the schedule.

**Set Dec Fairy (Pre-Show)**

  • Assist in decorating and setting up festival venues before the event.

  • Ensure all decorations meet safety standards.

  • Collaborate with the design team to achieve the desired aesthetic.

**Assistant Carpenter**

  • Support carpenters in building and assembling festival structures.

  • Handle tools and materials safely and efficiently.

  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of wooden installations.

**Site Lighting**

  • Assist in the installation and maintenance of festival lighting.

  • Ensure all lighting equipment functions properly during the event.

  • Collaborate with the electrical team to address any issues.

**Site Cover**

  • Setting up rain cover across the festival site.

**Stage Hands**

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of stage equipment.

  • Manage on-stage equipment during performances.

  • Ensure the stage area is safe and organized.

**Receptionist Fairy**

  • Greet and assist festival attendees at entrance.

  • Ticket validation and access control.

  • Provide schedules, maps, and answer general inquiries.

  • Coordinate lost and found items.

​**Parking Manager**

  • Oversee parking operations and volunteer staff.

  • Coordinate with security to maintain order in parking areas.

  • Address any issues related to parking logistics.​

**Parking Guide/Scout**

  • Direct attendees to appropriate parking areas.

  • Provide information on festival layout and entry points.

  • Ensure parking areas are organized and accessible.

**Parking Security Fairy**

  • Monitor parking areas to prevent unauthorized access.

  • Assist with traffic flow and enforce parking regulations.

  • Report any security concerns to festival management.

**Camping Fairy**

  • Guide attendees to designated camping areas.

  • Ensure attendees have correct passes to camp within designated zones.

  • Provide information on camping policies and amenities.

  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness in camping zones.

**Harm Reduction Fairy**

  • Provide information and resources on health and safety.

  • Assist attendees in distress and direct them to medical services if needed.

  • Promote safe practices among festival-goers.

**Bathroom Fairy**

  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of restroom facilities.

  • Monitor entry to bathrooms by wristband color, or shower ticket given.

  • Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies.

  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate team.

**Bartenders**

  • Serve beverages to attendees in compliance with legal regulations.

  • Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of the bar area.

  • Verify attendee age for alcohol consumption.

**Merch Booth**

  • - Sell festival merchandise to attendees.

  • - Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.

  • - Keep the merchandise area organized and stocked.

**Green Team Fairy**

  • Promote recycling and waste reduction initiatives.

  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness across the festival grounds.

  • Educate attendees on environmental sustainability practices.

**Artist Relations**

  • Serve as the primary contact for artists during the festival.

  • Coordinate artist schedules and accommodations.

  • Facilitate communication between artists and festival staff.

**Electrician Assistant**

  • Support electricians in setting up and maintaining electrical systems.

  • Handle electrical equipment safely under supervision.

  • Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues.​

**Load Out/Tear Down Fairy (Post-Show)**

  • Assist in dismantling and packing up equipment after the festival.

  • Ensure all materials are properly stored or disposed of.

  • Help restore the venue to its original condition.​​​

**Floater Fairy**
- Provide support across various festival departments as needed.
- Fill in for absent volunteers or assist during peak times.
- Adapt to different roles to ensure smooth festival operations.

**On-Call Floater Fairy**
- Remain available to assist any department requiring immediate help.
- Respond promptly to calls for assistance.
- Be flexible and ready to handle diverse tasks.

These roles are essential to the successful operation of Altitude Music festival, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Roles may be merged as management sees fit.
